- 1982Licensed received from then the Office of Insurance, the Ministry of Commerce License # ว00193/2525
- 1983Increased registered and paid-up capital to Thai baht 3,000,000.00
- 1988Established Taksin Consultants and Brokers Co., Ltd., a general insurance broker located in Hat Yai, Songkhla Province with local partners
- 1992Established Siam Management and Consultant Co., Ltd., a reinsurance intermediary
- 2012Increased registered capital increased to Thai Baht 4,000,000.00 fully paid up
- 2014Established STS Consultants Co., Ltd., Life assurance broker.
- 2021Increased registered capital increased to Thai Baht 10,000,000.00 fully paid up
