Notice of the Right to Change Hospitals for 2019

The Social Security Office is allowing insured persons to change their designated hospital for 2019 from now until 31 March 2019.

Those wishing to change their healthcare facility may submit Form SSO 9-02, the form for selecting a medical service provider, at any Social Security Office in Bangkok or at provincial and branch offices nationwide. Applications may also be submitted through the website www.sso.go.th or via the SSO Connect application.

Insured persons can check their healthcare entitlement at www.sso.go.th or call the 1506 hotline, available 24 hours a day.
